Ampli Services Ltd, trading as BrandIt London and branditlondon.com, is the data controller for information collected through this site and our services. Contact: hello@branditlondon.com. Our ICO registration is pending - the registration number will be added here once issued.
2. What we collect
Contact details you give us (name, email, message), the client and project records you ask us to manage, and basic, privacy-friendly analytics about site usage.
3. How we use it
To respond to enquiries, deliver and run your services, send invoices and contracts, and improve our work. We don't sell your data.
4. Legal basis
We process data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interest in running the business, and with your consent where required.
5. Analytics & cookies
We use only essential cookies and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics, so there's no tracking banner to click. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
6. Sharing
We use trusted providers to deliver our services (for payments, email and hosting), bound by data-processing agreements. We never share your data for advertising.
7. Retention
We keep client and project records for up to two years after our last engagement, then delete or anonymise them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
8. Marketing
We send only essential transactional emails, such as invoices, receipts and contracts. We don't send marketing without your consent.
9. Security
We store data on secure, access-controlled systems and never store card details - card payments are handled by Stripe.
10. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to certain processing. Email us and we'll respond within one month.
